All patrons entering Roy Thomson Hall will be subject to a bag search. Some oversized bags or other items may need to be stored at coat check for the duration of the performance. Please adhere to requests made by venue staff.

Outside food and beverage items are prohibited inside our venues. Unopened bottles of water are permitted within the hall. Opened containers must be emptied before entering and may be refilled at no charge from one of the water stations in the hall.

Musical instruments are permitted onsite and are subject to search upon entry. Some instruments may need to be stored at the coat check for the duration of the performance due to their oversized nature. Please plan accordingly should you not wish to leave your instrument at the coat check.

An exception will be made for declared medically necessary items after proper inspection. You may share your need for an exception by contacting Patron Services before your performance or informing the Security Manager when you arrive.
